As licensed sanitarians and experienced health inspectors “Keep It Safe” can offer clients insight from a sanitarian perspective. “Keep It Safe” will “comb through” your food operation with a food inspector’s eye for detail but in this case only to help our clients improve food safety quality by assisting food operators in developing sound and detailed managerial control mechanisms. These mechanisms will serve well for larger operations as Food Managers will need to depend upon many personnel to implement safe food practices. “Keep It Safe” will offer consultation to deliver realistic Standard Operating Procedures that have been developed through successful practice, enabling operators to maintain active and more effective management of staff pertaining to food safety protocol that will be handcrafted to each client based on our evaluation procedure. Auditing/Inspections will allow us to measure the effectiveness of the action plan implemented and to identify weaknesses in process.
