Keep It Safe Consultants are licensed Sanitarians with the State of Ohio. With vast experience in conducting inspections in a multitude of Retail Food Establishments and Food Service Operations including: Livestock restaurants, Schools, Daycares, Assisted living homes, Major Food Franchises, Professional Sports Venues(NFL,NBA,MLB and AHL), Festivals, Butcher Shops, Fresh Markets, Vending Machines and Micro Markets. In addition, we have experience in regulatory compliance regarding Variance practices such as Smoking, Curing, Fresh Squeezed Juice, and Reduced Oxygen Packaging.
Our field experience incorporates a full scope of scope of food safety and our sanitarian credentials require continued education hours which always keep us at the forefront of new information regarding food safety. Our credit hours have included training with the Ohio Department of Health and the Ohio Department of Agriculture, and FDA. We are also approved by the National Restaurant Association for instructing and proctoring certifications in Level II Food Manager Certifications.
